    Working While Learning
    The good thingsWe are able to learn new things just like in school and we are doing it with practices which are making it good for our knowledge and the job. Also, we are being teached from our senior without any rush. Which is making us more competent.
    The challengesCustomers bring another level of challenge into the mix. While the vast majority of customers and clients that you deal with on a daily basis will be polite and understanding, there is generally an element that is belligerent and hard to handle. This can create frustration among employees as well as managers and company owners. While the idea that the customer is always right is an important credo to follow, it is also necessary to train employees and managers in handling difficult customers and clients.

    I really got a lot of knowledges
    The good thingsThe employer really give us some freely to work. So, we can focused on our work without any stressfull. As long as our work is done. And we don't forced to got extras work time. It just on our own. If we want it, take it, if we don't want it, just don't take it. Just take it easy.
    The challengesThe challenges when working on this company are about some parking rules, but we can handle it if our office management working together. And the benefit for each workers should be enhanced like some food providing and some event for each months.

Ya, selain bekerja banyak sekali pelajaran maupun ilmu pengetahuan yang saya dapatkan selama bekerja disini. Setiap hari ada saja issue atau masalah baru yang menuntut Anda untuk melakukan research untuk solving issue tersebut. Dari berbagai issue dan hasil dari reasearch ini lah yang saya maksud belajar. Karena saya mendapatkan tambahan ilmu setiap harinya.

Karena, posisi atau bidang pekerjaan saya ini menuntut saya untuk bekerja secara shifting dengan hari libur yang tidak menentu. Hal ini yang saya maksud memiliki sedikit waktu.
