Each company held 50% capital shares. Our main business was representing NTN Toyo Bearing Co. Ltd. - Japan as their sole agent for Indonesia territory.In 1989, our company changed its name to PT. Teknindopuri Ampuhperkasa. At the same time we also bought over the shares of NTN Bearing - Singapore (Pte) Ltd.
