    1. The contract extension process is very long, impacting: - Sudden additions and deductions to salaries in large amounts - employee accounts are inactive so they cannot be absent 2. There is no alignment between the manager and the finance team (the manager has approved the overtime salary but the finance team does not receive that information) 3. DOES NOT GIVE EMPLOYEES RIGHTS, THAT IS COMPENSATION FOR CONTRACT EXTENSIONS

    The good thingsWork in hybrid, good manager, very good package, friendly employees and team mates, good opportunity to learn, very nice to locals or natives, they also have talex system you can migrate to another tech mahindra office all around the world.

    The good thingsMempunyai peluang dalam pengembangan karir serta salary yang sangat tinggi jika memang sebelumnya mempunyai experiences dibidang yang bersangkutan.
    The challengesSulit beradaptasi jika memang kalian type orang yang tidak suka dengan lingkungan yang lebih sering gossip daripada bekerja. Karena ada beberapa karyawan yang seperti itu, gossip di jam kerja yang itu sangat mengganggu karyawan lain yang sedang bekerja.
