Management level is really bad, how their managing employee and Reps/Agent is worse and never put an empathy to the reps/agent. Many people resign due to this situation.
The good thingsSalary is quite competitive
The challengesNeed to be more patience facing the situation and environment.
Leading by young people who does not know how to managing people and put empathy to the agent/reps.
