    Great remuneration
    The good thingsHigher salary than most other consulting companies. Work is manageable and really good WLB.
    The challengesI have only 2 problems : 1. Management system is still rapidly evolving. And career appraisals are rather subjective than by system. No clear expectation or competency standard to get an appraisal. At least in my division. 2. I’m stuck with a supervisor that rarely reviews my team’s work, is often absent, never sets target or decides next steps, doesn’t really comprehend the work and standards, gets sensitive when given feedback. With a boss like this, you really need to be resourceful & learn and manage everything on your own, great learning playground but pretty stressful.

    Good place to learn so many sciences especially at tax for freshgraduate.
    The good things- comfortable and pleasant work environment - salary was standard as the other consultant, but has a good overtime bonus - has a good sharing knowledge culture
    The challenges- Salary was standard as the other consultant - Chances to promotion and career development is not so fast, but also depend on the employees quality

    I have nothing to get best opportunity in here. I feel I had spent my time for almost 2 years of experience in here.
    The good thingsJust a bit work-life balance. The delegation of assignments have been kind of very horrible, while you can't enjoy your permission leave since there're no proper downliners to run your delegated jobs. And the partner of this company has a very stiff management. It is very great different even, of my previous company! Such a horrible!
    The challenges1. An unable delegation of work, whilst this is a teamwork typed of company. 2. A rare inhouse training. 3. Minimum bonus. 4. Yeah, pretty bit good of work-life balance, but it won't change the real quality.

    A great place to start your career!
    The good thingsI gotta say that I have made the right decision to start my career path at TaxPrime. As I work in a fairly specific field that is not so common for Fresh Graduates, TaxPrime has been such a pleasant place to work and to absorb the knowledge from the people with better experiences. One thing that I love the most about TaxPrime is the people. I can feel the warmth of a family at TaxPrime. It is so easy to feel welcomed and clicked with most people that I work with. Most people here treat each other in respectful manners, regardless of their positions are. This also applies to the people from other divisions and upper-management level. As a junior who is lack of experience and knowledge, it feels nice to work with the seniors and supervisors who are willing to teach me from the beginning without me having to feel afraid or hesitate to ask. Knowledge Sharing is a real thing at TaxPrime. Work-life balance is good, compared to other consulting firms who has no work-life balance at all.
    The challengesHowever, since TaxPrime is a developing consulting firm that can't wait to be developed, there are still some things that change from time to time. The IT totally needs to be fixed, and the HR system is still developing, so you should expect new rules coming to your way. Most importantly, Career Development. You should expect the confusing feelings of who gets promoted and who doesn't, and why someone gets promoted while the others who are eligible don't.

    A good place to start your career with a great environment.
    The good thingsGotta say that I have made the right decision to start my career path at TaxPrime. TaxPrime understands my needs since the very start. They also help me broaden my knowledge, especially in the new specific field of Transfer Pricing that is not so common for Fresh Graduates. Things that I love the most about TaxPrime is the people. You can feel the warmth of a family here. The people interact with each other in respectful manners, regardless of what their positions are, and it is easy for me to feel \"clicked\" with the people that I work with. Work-life balance is good, compared to other consulting firms that has no work-life balance at all. In relation to what you're working on (especially as a junior), the seniors usually help the juniors without any hesitation, and Knowledge Sharing at TaxPrime feels real. This also applies to people from other divisions, even for upper-management level.
    The challengesHowever, since TaxPrime is a developing consulting firm that can't wait to be developed, there are still some things that change from time to time. The IT totally needs to be fixed, and the HR system is also developing so you should totally expect new rules that are coming in your way. Most importantly, Career Development needs more transparency. You may expect the confusing feelings of who gets promoted and who doesn't, and why someone gets promoted while the others who are eligible don't.

    The good thingsGreat Work Life Balance, as tax consulting firm generally we have to spend more time in the office everyday, it's not happen in Taxprime, Taxprime have working system that make this things happen, hopefully the management keep it; Above average Remuneration; Great Environment, i am working with great personality team from various education, social, religion background; Great Partners, especially Managing Partner, he knew that the most important of Taxprime asset is Employees, he treated the employees as human being, not robot;
    The challengesSometime, i facing the difficulties to understand the \"pressure\" partner; new management strategies to develop new Standard Operating Procedures policy sometime have different point of views; IT Support (person in charge, hardware and software) shall be improve, especially we have some struggle time with \"Internet\"; Employees turnover especially for Fresh Graduated recruitment, they often ask to better opportunities after 2 or 3 year.
