    The good things- Kolega, senior, dan manager-manager yang baik dan sangat membimbing. - Luasnya wawasan mengenai konstruksi yang bisa didapat selama menjadi "MT", selama rotasi di berbagai departemen Head Office maupun di proyek. Kesempatan yang tidak akan bisa didapat jika tidak menjadi "MT". - Nilai plus (subjektif) ketika menjadi karyawan lulusan "MT" dibandingkan karyawan dari jalur reguler.
    The challenges- Durasi "MT" yang terlalu lama, bisa memakan hingga 1,5 tahun. Semasa pelatihan, sekitar 4-5 bulan habis untuk menganggur/menunggu antrian "availability departemen". - Dalam durasi pelatihan, gaji yang didapat sekitar/di bawah UMR. Selesai pelatihan, kenaikan gaji tidak signifikan. Beberapa pekerjaan entry-level di tempat lain bisa menawarkan gaji yang lebih, dibanding posisi "MT" ini setelah lulus. - Setelah lulus, rupanya posisi yang didapatkan masih berstatus junior. Kenaikan jenjang karir tidak pasti & tidak pernah dijanjikan, sehingga tergantung tiap individu untuk merayu manajemen & manager untuk assessment. - Setiap peserta "MT" harus patuh pada keputusan manajemen. Tidak ada wadah diskusi terkait program "MT" secara keseluruhan, dan setiap pernyataan ketidaksetujuan akan dijawab "Tidak bisa, kami hanya menyampaikan".
