    Less commiment, less consistency, less communication
    The good thingsIt is character-based education for young women. It has been operating since 1968 that makes it famous amongst business organization. It has been famous for its alumnae especially in the field of secretarial studies.
    The challengesThe management tends to be unable to perform business concept so the organization is no longer competitives in business world. It is shown by the sharp reducing candidates who apply or enter or register to study.

    The good thingsIn STIKS Tarakanita I worked in the accounting department of the finance department, in charge of making financial reports, inputting transaction journals, calculating income tax 21, and assisting in the promotion of new student admissions in schools
    The challengesI feel challenged in this job, especially in accounting. Many journals that must be entered every day. Each month also helps in calculating deductions from the income of 21 employees and lecturers
