    Pengalaman adalah guru yang sangat berharga1.Managemnt masih menganut Micromanagement. 2.Tidak ada UM, Uang Over Time, Dll benefit lain. Hanya Gaji pokok 3. SDM nya kebanyakan Fresgreduate (Gen Z). Sehingga agak sulit dalam memenage. Karena kurang inisiatif, Passive 4. HRD mengancam salah satu karyawan. Jika tidak menandatangani Kontrak extend. Maka Gaji dan THR tidak akan di bayarkan

    l worked as QC & QHSE for 1 year
    The good thingsbecause this work is ingrained in my life,I have a good work team in coordination so that the work runs smoothly, I am very comfortable with my current team. But because my head of office was corrupt everything was lost. maybe that's all from me, l just wanna make everything is good. but l shuold be patient to be all that has happened. because I am too young to surrender.
    The challengesl have good team work, my salary is enough for my life and the people arruond me are kind and many else.
