Bekerja sama dengan Itochu (Thailand), Ltd, saya memimpin tim untuk mengembangkan pasar komersial hingga ke retail, menemukan distributor-distributor handal untuk menangani pasar retail maupun perusahaan hingga pemerintahan. Mengatur aktivitas export, mengkondisikan jadwal produksi hingga memastikan bahwa proses pengkapalan dapat berjalan lancar tanpa kendala. Dalam kurun waktu kurang dari 2 tahun, perusahaan telah mengekspor produk sebanyak 80MT untuk pasar Thailand, 40MT untuk pasar Nepal, dan 20MT untuk Malaysia.     The good thingsThe salary is pretty good and above the average, except you have mentioned your expected salary too low at the interview phase. Just make sure you are well prepared when with your data, before entering the interview section.
    The challengesBecause of the accounting system is not adequate, most of the task is done manually. But for beginner, these can be the advantages, because of learning from the very basic of the process. For someone who have more experiences with ERP system, these will become obstacles.
