    The good thingsLingkungan kerja di Tajima baik, semua bisa diajak kerja sama dalam hal pekerjaan. Untuk atasan / Manager / direktur sangat mendukung apabila ada perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik. Untuk Salary, cukup sesuai dengan apa yang kita kerjakan. Sehingga pengalaman dan kinerja kita sangat berpengaruh.
