    The good things- hal baik dari perusahaan ini adalah flexibel untuk waktu kerja - tekanan dalam pekerjaan relatif rendah - bayak overtime yang dibayar cukup tinggi
    The challenges- banyaknya overtime (untuk pekerjaan proyek) sehingga waktu berkurang - jika ada pekerjaan shutdown waktu bersama keluarga akan berkurang
