    dealing with shipping line, shipper, customer, overseas agents
    The good thingscolleagues are nice and helpful.
    The challengesterrible management, lunatic superior where you can get yelled at for no reason, just because she's having a bad day. toxic working environment, no bonus for sales yet salary got deducted when they didn't achieve the target. the day's situation depending on your superior's mood. the owner also didn't even care for employees well being. no promotion, your salary will remain the same for years. extra working hours and it's unpaid.

    The good thingsPerusahaan saya bergerak dibidang jasa pengurusan dokumen import dan export mempunyai hubungan baik dengan perusahaan lain sebagai pathner. Selain itu perusahaan saya memberikan jasa yang cepat kepada semua customer.
    The challengesKurang nya kerja sama dengan customer membuat perusahaan saya agak lambat dalam pengurusan dokumen sehingga layanan yang akan diberikan menjadi sedikit terhalang dan agak lama dari waktu yang biasanya.
