    The good thingsSwiss-Belhotel sorong salah satu hotel terbaik yang ada dikota sorong papua barat ,banyak orang berlomba-lomba untuk bisa bekerja pada perusahaan tersebut ,karena SWISS-BELHOTEL sangat bisa membuat karyawan merasa nyaman dalam bekerja ,waktu kerja pun sangat efisien yaitu sekitar 7-8 jam perhari dengan schedule 5/2 dalam seminggu ,sangat saya sarankan untuk yang ingin mencari kerja dan pengalaman yang sangat banyak ,langsung saja melamar di SWISS-BELHOTEL sorong.

    The challengesHal tersulit di Swiss-belhotel International Balikpapan adalah Parkiran mobil maupun motor yang cukup jauh, selain itu walaupun hotel berada di tempat yang sangat strategis, pasar traditional yang berada tepat di bawahnya cukup memberikan dampak buruk bagi view sekitarnya, belum lagi bangunan terbengkalai sekitarnya memberikan view yang kurang baik.

    The good thingsPertama ketika saya masuk saya langsung di percaya untuk menempati posisi belboy di front office, tentu nya dengan posisi ini saya harus bisa minimal bahasa inggris untuk komunikasi dengan warga asing. Saya sangat menikmati sekali pekerjaan saya saat itu. Saya beruntung bisa bertemu dengan rekan kerja yang baik, yang suport dan saling mengingatkan. Saya bangga menjadi bagian dari swissbel hotel saat itu.

    The good thingsSometimes the things you've work hard, whether it scheduling or other intricate details, may be the things that go unnoticed. But in the end that the goals is to do the hard work behind the scenes in order to provide a seamless experience.
    The challengesI learned from the company, moving ahead without group assistance while assigned to a group meant to be collaborative. Big event function. Assigned responsible for all F&B outlet.
