    The good things• Excellent working environment – The workplace has a very positive and comfortable atmosphere, The team culture is friendly, and supportive. • Hybrid working arrangement – The company provides a flexible work setup that allows employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
    The challenges• Excessive micromanagement from C- Level - Decision-making processes can be overly centralized, which sometimes limits employees' autonomy and slows down workflow efficiency. • Lack of overtime compensation for office employees – There is no clear policy on overtime pay for office staff.

    good for fresh grad, not good for middle to senior experience
    The good thingsThe team & cross division engagement are fun and comfortable. Hybrid working arrangement (but will be depending on your work load). You get to work with diverse culture in a growing startup company (so a lots of initiative you can propose)
    The challengesmost annoying thing is how the c levels (expats) are too micromanaging their team, they dont really trust people (especially indonesians) to delegates. they want to be a part of everything. Currently they keep lowering their budget for salary appraisal and employment benefit (like health insurance)

    The good thingsHas a very wide and new business segment, has minimal competitors and provides new knowledge in terms of developing work skills. mClinica prioritizes an independent work system and provides freedom for every employee to prioritize ideas and creations, very supportive for employee career development. The family system and mutual respect for the rights of employees are prioritized.
    The challengesThe thing that is lacking is because the leadership's communication is still in a foreign language, for most of the employees it is difficult and does not build the closeness of management and employees.

    The good thingsI've experienced working with high-caliber professionals and experts in their field. Especially for the IT Team, they have really good standards and makes sure everything is nothing but perfect.
    The challengesWe have an international team, operates in Southeast Asia. We have to align with their working hours. And also we have to speak English every single day. But that's good challenges for me because makes me practicing more and more.
