InternshipThe good thingsManagers are friendly and helpful toward interns, they mostly guide us very well and observed our performance. The working environment was fun for me to learn how to prep food, maintain the quality and serve the customers. The company provide interns to attend food handling program for additional knowledge.
The challengesAssistant manager was annoying and reluctant to do her job, not helpful comparing to the managers. Racism among Malays is real, few of them used foul language to gossip about interns and few of them took advantage on interns. Break time definitely the shortest time to have good rest, sometime I had no break time due to lack of manpower.
