    Mampu mengerti dan menguasai Administrasi dan cara menekan Food Cost yg terlalu tinggi dan Cara menghandle Complain yg baik dan benar seperti apa
    The good thingsSaya suka disini pekerjaan tim yg solid dan sesuai job desk mereka masing masing. Dan saya mampu berkembang menjadi Leader Shift yg berkepribadian tegas, menerapkan ide ide untuk kelancaran operasional.
    The challengesHal tantangan yg sulit saya hadapi di perusahaan ini target yg selalu berganti-ganti selama beberapa Minggu. Jadi target tidak ditetapkan selama 1 bulan, jika ada perubahan langsung di ganti walaupun belum mendekati akhir bulan. Selalu menyarankan agar ada promo untuk menarik pelanggan customer tapi sangat sulit. Promosi kepada staff yg sudah lama untuk naik jabatan sangat sulit.
