    The good thingsAll the things (leadership, strategic, planning, improvement, reporting) can slightly increase depend on personal volition. All your improvement be valued (allowance and salary increasement) by BOD because at managerial level you will report and monitor closely by BOD.
    The challengesNeed person that has strong personality and leadership to control man power Need person strategic person that can think far a head to make sure all in control (some system still using traditional ways)

    Working with my boss from Netherland was exciting
    The good thingsThe company not only thinking about revenue but also care with environment. We use recycled PET as our raw materials. We also practice to separate our daily waste such organic, plastic, paper, etc. We have clean air since smoking are prohibited inside this plant. The new management staff are young and agile.
    The challengesThe challenges is doing the right thing at the very first opportunity. Can you do it?
