The challengesI've seen several companies that use the words like or dislike towards employees instead of looking at the skills the employees have. So things like this make many employees frustrated because they are mentally affected. Physically tired from work can be cured by healing, but if you are tired psychologically or mentally it will break the employee's work enthusiasm. So, if I were a manager or boss in a company, I would instill compassion for employees without neglecting my obligation to always be firm and professional as a boss. But if I act as a subordinate, I will embrace my boss heart so that boss can love his employees.
