I'm working as creative and i learned a lot of things.The good thingsNew experience, new circle of friendship, and also new challenge for me to being creative in television. Start from making concept, brainstorming ideas with partner, present it to our board of direction, and when they accept our concept, we should brief all performers who attend, make sure they know how the program will on air. And also the most challenging one, is run the program. (on airing on television)
The challengesWe should have a good mentality, i mean to face the performers who attend, participant who join our talent search, we should ready to face every characteristics from every performers. And can work under pressure is a need. Because everyday we should give another ideas to that entertaiment prouction.
