    The good thingsA good place if you like challenges and self-development. Astra has never been bad at employee development.
    The challengesExpectations for new people are too high, always overtime, always working under pressure, and the salary is relatively small compared to the workload.

    The good thingsKeuntungan selain gaji oke aja kalau sudah menjadi karyawan tetap
    The challengesLingkungannya jauh dari ekspektasi, senioritas, budaya ngomongin orang seperti sudah wajar di perusahaan ini, senior juga pelit ilmu, tidak transparan terkait kontrak kerja, sama sekali tidak dijelaskan adanya evaluasi dan harus membuat proyek, model sudah seperti MT padahal cuma level staf

    The challengesRekan tim tidak menyenangkan, senioritas, atasan selalu menjudge, tidak dikasih di awal kalau seperti MANAGEMENT TRAINEE padahal hanya staf, karyawan kontrak tapi ada probation.
