    The good thingsThe company is growing, the owner is a very nice man who is very easy to work with, very respectable and reasonable person. The office is nice, benefits is always given according to government regulation. Work life balance is good, and we have a lot of freedom in our work.
    The challengesThere is no career progression, because it is private company owned by a single person, likes and dislikes from the boss is what is going to make or break you. No supervision, we are expected to do good by our own initiative. Commission calculation is not transparent, we cannot know how much really commission that we can receive. tax payment also not transparent, we always receive SPT at the end of the year much less than we are really making that year, so that company will pay less tax
