Today the popularity of “The Best All Girls Surf Shop in The World”, and our ultimate ambassador "Summer" (whose face is our now infamous logo) has led to the development of our home brand, 'Summerland' in Bali, the availability of Surfer Girl products in department stores throughout Indonesia, and the start of brand growth internationally. Our dream is to continue to be "The Best All Girls Surf Shop in The World," and ultimately, "The Happiest Brand in The World".     The good thingsGive us space to explore our self, space to grow, space to learn not just related to our job. To care to others and the environment. Encourage us to do things beyond our limit. To think out of the box, creative in find solution for any problem and we did many impossible project greatly with his encouragement.

    The good thingsUniform yg keren n fun ga formal keq kantoran. Owner yg baik n ramah sama semua staff, management nya ok bgt, team work nya bagus, banyak ilmubyg didapat selain ttg pekerjaan ... banyak hal yg sangat berguna untuk karir sy setelah dari sana. Banyak kursus2 extra yg menarik diberikan untuk staffs.. fun deh pokoknya
    The challengesHampir tidak ada sie selain jarak nya ajah karena sy tgl di denpasar.... dan tempat kerjanya di Kuta. Tp sebenarnya pernah jg ngekos dkt sana... asik jg cuma klo di kuta wajib tuh buat kipam n jngn sampai terlambat perpanjang.. klo ga bakalan selalu ada pemeriksaan sama petugas. Ini jg kan demi keamanan kita koq
