    It's a super time working in this place
    The good thingsAs a nurse we can learn more about disease especially for neurosurgery, because this hospital has 2 big department: Neuroscience and Brain&Spine, these department are especially cure some patients with: parkinson, epilepsy, pain management, angiography, spinal fusion, trigeminal neuralgia, etc. Also, we as a nurse, we can learn and gain more experiences about how to give a good care to patient.
    The challengesThis hospital is located in the west of Surabaya. So, most of the patient or client are foreigners or rich people. The challenges for us as a nurse are: you have to be more care to the patient plus you have to be smarter to solve some "problems", and you must be multitasking. You have to think critically in every cases.

    National Hospital is the best hosp at Surabaya
    The good thingsAfter I worked here I got so many lessons to learn and earn. Good management, good hospitality, good service, good quality, and good teamwork. Salary is good enough i thought better than any other place. If you want to learn, working at National Hospital is best option.
    The challengesThe difficult is unfortunately one of my reason to resign from this hospital. I cant wear jilbab. I work here before I wear jilbab and resign after I decide to wear.

    The good thingsStandar rumah sakit yang mulai maju dimana masih baru berdiri dan memiliki dokter-dokter yang berkualitas. Jam kerja yang sesuai serta lingkungan kerja yang bersih. Prasarana dan tunjangan kesehatan dari rumah sakit bagi karyawan yang bekerja cukup memadai.
    The challengesKinerja karyawan lebih diperhatikan, mendapat tunjangan lainnya yang bisa meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan, atasan atau rekan kerja yang lebih ramah dan saling bekerja sama, jenjang karir atau hari tua supaya lebih diperhatikan, kontrak kerja atau status karyawan supaya lebih diprioritaskan, manajemen lebih diperbaiki.
