    Just get away after 2 or 3 years to get the most out of your industry knowledge and career progress
    The good thingsThis place used to be an excellent environment for learning if you’re new to the industry. Colleagues are very friendly, they give you time to adjust and willingly share technical and business knowledge, as long as you’re curious enough to ask.
    The challengesThere’s too much office politics. Loyalty or professional growth often goes unrewarded. Heavy workload but struggle to get a salary adjustment. High turnover rate and new management are too demanding.
