    Pengalaman selama mengenal PT Supermal Karawaci dari tahun 2012 s/d saat ini sangat memuaskan. Tetapi saya butuh pekerjaan yang status nya TETAP bukan KONTRAK
    The good thingsPT Supermal Karawaci adalah perusahaan yang sangat bagus dan baik kepada saya, saya diberi kesempatan untuk mengenal perusahaan sejak Tahun 2012 dari awal saya magang, lanjut training hingga akhirnya 2013 saya ditetapkan bekerja sebagai Staff Administrasi sampai dengan saat ini. Namun sampai saat ini yang saya ragukan adalah sistem disana adalah KONTRAK bukan Tetap.
    The challengesUntuk kesulitannya mungkin dalam menghadapi Ratusan atau bahkan Ribuan Customer melalui acara/sedang berlangsungnya Launching Apartemen biasanya. untuk selebihnya saya sanggup mengerjakan Ribuan File atau Database sampai saat ini.

    The good thingsPada awalnya mungkin terdengar aneh bagi saya bekerja di bidang Front Liner, CS, dan sebagainya. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu saya mulai mencintai pekerjaan ini, ditambah dengan sikap dan prilaku karyawan yang lainnya yang sangat friendly & humble menurut saya.
    The challengesUntuk kesulitan yang pertama mungkin pada saat handling complain dari tenant, sebab apabila mood kita sedang tidak bagus lalu tiba-tiba ada complain dari tenant kita harus tetap kontrol emosi kita. yang kedua mungkin untuk pengambilan hadiah/berkas apapun itu yang dibutuhkan oleh tenant, sebenernya ini sangat mudah tetapi balik lagi ke awal terkadang tenant suka minta buru-buru diambil padahal kan pengambilan berkas/hadiah juga ada rulesnya untuk proses pengambilan. Tapi itu semua merupakan pengalaman yang sangat berharga untuk saya dan jujur saya sangat menikmati itu.
