    The good thingsBanyak ilmu baru tentang purchasing, type2 spare part mesin produksi, type2 product output, berhubungan dengan banyak orang baik itu supplier, colega dan internal per bagian. Karena penguasaan software saya sudah cukup baik maka saya dapat mudah menyesuaikan diri dan running dalam mengerjakan tugas2 pekerjaan saya
    The challengesBanyak hal baru mengenai sparepart dan bagian2 yg tidak saya mengerti dan pahami, setiap departemen menuntut perhatian dan touching saya secara penuh, banyak fungsi pekerjaan yg sebenarnya bisa diefisienkan tetapi tdk dilakukan sebagaimana mestinya. Teamnya sudah banyak yg senior sulit menerima perubahan sistem baru sehingga tidak maksimal dalam bekerja, maka terjadi pengulangan pekerjaan. Kurang jelinya managemen untuk Sdm dalam fungsi right man in the right pleace.
