    The good thingsFacility is good (COP, Private Insurance for employee & dependants, House Rent in placement, Placement Allowance). Big Data to process and review, Communication from top level to bottom is good, Annual Bonus, THR, and End Year Bonus is always given.
    The challengesTarget is more than expected. Less able to give ideas because of centralized policies. Lots of access restrictions for audits. So many subjectivity about aprreciate on people value
