    Amazing experience
    The good thingsFreedom to grow and innovate, there's no such an organization that is as unique as SID. Combining research and community development making SID as an organization sustained for more than 20 years. Staff is also supported to grow, to benefit community.
    The challengesSID is not a business as usual organization. Independent learning is encouraged and personal development is supported. We maintain open and transparent communication to ensure better coordination, make the work done correctly and on-time. This might be a challenge and opportunity at the same time. But I would say this is amazingly worth it.
