    The challengeskebanyakan manager yg saya hadapi kurang melihat atau memahami karyawannya. mereka sibuk dengan apa yg mereka inginkan, padahal yg mereka inginkan belum tentu bagus atau cocok dengan perusahaan maupun karyawannya. manager kebanyakan kurang open minded dan stuck dengan pemahaman lama yg out of date. close minded dan keras kepala berpikir mereka benar hanya krn lebih senior.

    salary and benefit did't support the job responsibilities
    The good thingswork life balance is really good here
    The challenges1. a lot of things should be improved from the IT and human resources 2. unpaid bonus which has been announced by the employer 3. the employer gives low compensation and benefit for coordinator level and below, unless you got hired for head or section head level which has a competitive compensation and benefit 4. employer doesn't increase the meal and transportation fee for such a long time
