    The good way if you are newbie as a contractor, you can start from here.
    The good thingsThe company provide good facility for staff, we can learn everything about the technical procedure for the project. If you are in Quality dept. you can learn and try every single test that provide for the project, and there is a mentor for doing that.
    The challengesThe only thing that in my mind is, our challenge is to prove that Indonesian Engineer are in same level with the Japanese, what they can do, we can do it or more!
