I also learn about how to manage emotion in work, how to deal with people, how to manage time to complete the transactions well, and how to work effective and efficient with purpose in work-life balance.
The challengesI do not like the environment. Because I often faced under pressure environment, and with the culture, we have to comply (although it just a simple thing) with rules and regulation. I'm in the not a good place to work in team. Sometimes, I have to takeover others job, my idea is not being considered by my supervisor, and although you did a great work, you still being seek of what you not good at. For example, I work fast, accurately, in timely manner, and I can go home timely, 5 o'clock. But, since my partners work slowly, I was being judged that I never help them. I ever help them but they never improve themselves. I ever being helped by them, but they did it wrong so I take over it. It's definitely not a good team to work.
