Good steping stone for entry level
The good thingscombine japanese BOD but run by local management. Already settle management with ISO system. no office drama. wearing uniform so don't worry about everyday clothing. cafetaria is delicious. company gathering every year. for women you will get personal locker. you can use every kind of \"leave\", period leave, yearly leave, sick leave, maternity leave, married leave, you named it!. on time work (8 to 5), if more than that you get overtime.
The challengesfar from city central, can't lunch outside company area, so many old co worker that feel you work with your mother or father.
