The good thingsteman2 kerja relatif baik2 saja, cuma emang ada 1 manager yg sirik tingkat tinggi, susah liat orang senang, senang liat orang susah

The challengesdatang telat potong gaji, pulang ontime diliatin bos, bahkan owner pernah ngomel karena pulang kerja ontime, sabtu disuruh masuk kerja padahal tidak ada aturan tertulis kalau Sabtu masuk

The good thingsPerusahaan ini memiliki sistem,SOP, Jobdesc Jelas, PP dan KKB, rewards dan punishman berjalan,jenjang karier, site visite managemen dari pusat teratur,cuti periodik 3 bulan on 14 hari off, fasilitas baik sinergi sectin di Kantor pusat dengan Site baik dll

The challengesKesulitan yang saya alami adalah memberi pengertian kepada sumber sdm lokal dan pengusaha lokal yang belum tertampung, bahwa perusahaan mempunyai sistem tertentu dan syarat tertentu serta dengan daya tampung terbatas. sehingga kita harus memberi waktu ekstra untuk menjelaskan ini bahkan kita kadang harus melibatkan instansi terkait.
