    The challengespekerjaan yang dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan perjanjian diawal, meskipun ada penambahan pekerjaan harusnya ada penyesuaian untuk gaji. Manajemen yang kurang jelas karena fungsi operasional dan manager keungan dipegang 1 orang yang dasarnya accounting, sehingga jalannya perusahaan tidak ada perkembangan dari tahun ke tahun.
