    The good thingsTidak ada aturan yang mengikat. Yang penting kerjaan beres, Bos senang KIta pun senang. Suasana kerja yang sangat ideal. Tidak membosankan, rekan-rekan kerja yang asik dan saling pengertian. Terdapat meja ping-pong dan XBOX untuk sekedar merefresh dari kepenatan pekerjaan. Yang paling terpenting dari semua itu adalah, sebagai pegawai kami tidak diperlakukan seperti robot, tapi betul-betul dimanusiakan.
    The challengesKetika tidak ada project pada saat-saat tertentu, saya menjadi tidak produktif dan membuat mesin saya dingin. Dan saya rasa ini kurang bagus untuk kedepannya.
