think twice before join this company. the turnover rate is very very high.
The good thingstoxic culture, toxic people, toxic management. people who work in this place are very not capable. they stay because they don't have any opportunities outside. the leader always yelled for no reason. no respect at all.
The challengesvery bad leadership. leaders chosen only from loyalty. there are no chance to perform in person. high turnover. they resigned every month.
