    i manage the jobs very well
    The good thingsVarians item of product improve my product knowledge ( such as raw material , sub material etc , how the product from zero to something ). so it make me confident to step ahead to other environment with another challenge.
    The challengesRelation from one department to other department was not so nice , the communication between department not doing so well. Sometimes , they were just finding who was made mistake without any solution. Even our team is fine but if the others not...it so hard to do.
