    The good thingsSelama saya bekerja di STOQO, banyak ilmu yang saya dapat. bagaimana perusahaan menghargai karyawannya seperti keluarga. Di STOQO tidak melihat karyawan dari usia nya, ini jarang saya temui di perusahaan lain. Untuk karyawan seperti saya yang sudah tidak muda lagi, sangat bersyukur pernah bekerja disana.

    Processing Office Resolution at STOQO
    The good thingsPerusahaan yang mengizinkan setiap karyawannya untuk tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi karyawan yang lebih maju dari sebelumnya. Semua karyawan memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk mendapatkan ilmu di kelas kelas khusus, seperti kelas excel, sql, public speaking, project management dll. lingkungan yang penuh rasa kekeluargaan tidak pandang umur, tidak ada senioritas. Benefit yang didapat selain materi sangat banyak.
    The challengesdikarenakan perusahaan sudah beroperasi dalam 7 hari maka ada yang namanya shifting di beberapa divisi bahkan harus masuk ditanggal merah (tapi karyawan akan mendapatkan hari cuti pengganti). Pengajuan cuti diharuskan H-30 untuk divisi tertentu, cukup menyulitkan jika ingin izin secara mendadak.

    Good place to learn a lot of things.
    The good thingsThe work environment is so nice, people always helping one another to accomplish the mission, it doesn't matter about how your work process is going, they only care about the result :) and the salary is above expectation.
