    The good thingsSetiap pekerja diberikan training untuk mempelajari mesin maupun unit yang dijalankan. Atasan selalu memberikan motivasi kepada semua pekerja pada saat meeting. Selalu diadakan event setiap satu tahun sekali seperti ST RUN, Family Day, Dinner seluruh pekerja dengan GM, pelatihan kebakaran,dll.
    The challengesSetiap kesulitan yang ada selalu diselesaikan dengan baik secara kerjasama antara pekerja, teknisi, supervisor, dan atasan.
