    Pekerjaan yang diberikan sangat banyak dan seringkali lewat jam kerja normal, namun deskripsi tugas tidak jelas. kewajiban bagi guru untuk menggunakan akun Instagram pribadi u/ mengirim pesan ke orang asing—minimal 10 org per hari—untuk tujuan promosi, wajib dilakukan dan harus dilaporkan setiap harinya. Selain itu, guru sering kali diminta untuk menghadiri kegiatan promosi di luar jam kerja tanpa menerima gaji lembur.

    The challengesMeskipun para siswa di Stella Maris BSD sangat baik dan menyenangkan untuk diajar, lingkungan kerja bagi para guru di sini sangat bermasalah. Pekerjaan yang diberikan sangat banyak dan seringkali melampaui jam kerja normal. deskripsi tugas tidak jelas. Guru diharapkan menangani banyak tanggung jawab secara bersamaan, yang sering kali menimbulkan kebingungan dan stress. Gaji tidak sebanding dgn tugas yg tidak jelas.     A Confused Place to Work
    The good things- Learn new things about the curriculum. - IT-preneur based school "katanya sih". - Some of teacher are helpful, but the one who should have been the resource (i.e., subtitutee) is busy with herself.
    The challenges- Administrative system that throw and throw - so it made confusing. - No training or sufficient handover to the substitutor. - Quite far from the domicile, therefore HR is so rigid of the regulation about the tardiness. - As this is a Catholic school but permitting other faith to fulfill the position - but many times the right to have free to do own's faith are missed. - There's a lot of hidden regulations that may be produced by the school management.

    The good thingsSuasana kerja yang menyenangkan dan kekeluargaan jika sebagai tenaga pengajar, apalagi jika suka dengan dunia pendidikan dan anak-anak.
    The challengestidak ada yang mau jadi wakil kepala sekolah atau kepala sekolah karena manajemennya selalu menargetkan penerimaan siswa baru padahal sudah ada bagian admisi. belum lagi antara tanggung jawab dan pendapatan yang diperoleh sangat tidak sebanding.
