    The good thingsKebetulan ketika saya bergabung ke perusahaan ini sudah mulai WFH. Waktu operasional bekerja sesuai dengan yang tertera di kontrak, tidak ada gangguan diluar jam kerja. Struktur manajemen juga jelas jadi workload terkontrol.
    The challengesJika teman-teman mencari jenjang karir, sepertinya kurang cocok untuk bekerja disini. Belum ada kejelasan mengenai jenjang karir. Well, bisa mencari pengalaman disini lalu nanti pengalaman disini menjadi bekal di tempat kerja yang lain.
