    The good thingsGood asset in oil gas and geothermal field. Have been in business for about 13 years. Organization is well enough but need several advance expertise in technology, engineering and human resources. Recommend to junior or senior talented people to join and experience with it
    The challengesThe company is controlled by a big corporate which has less experience in oil and gas. Although now it is the biggest geothermal company after chevron acquisition , an advanced organization is required to be able handle all project and future development
