    The good thingsteman ramah². Bnyak pengalaman, pengetahuan baru. Punya banyakk kenalan/teman di lain sift... ☺️ Bertemu dengan teman yg sepemikiran/sehobi/ punya kesukaan yg samaa.. pengalaman hidup mandiri (merantau)
    The challengesSusah mendapatkan ijin cuti/ijin sakit.. terlalu mudah mendapatkan potongan gaji atas kesalahan kecil, peraturan yg kurang dijalankan dengan adill, terkadang pimpinan bahkan sampai mengamuk/memlempar barang disekitarnya.... Jam kerja yg kurang efektif.... Bahkan hanya karna warna sepatu yang berbeda pun akan mendapatkan poin atau kartu peringatan sehingga berpengaruh ke jumlah gaji yg akan di dapat setian bulan...
