    The good thingsJam masuk kerja yang sangat disiplin. kalau telat 1 menit, uang kehadiran hangus.
    The challengesmanagement yang terkesan menang sendiri. marketing yang menanggung semua biaya operasional marketing dengan penghasilan UMK. marketing menanggung kerugian perusahaan, yang bahkan karena kesalahan customer. tidak ada jaminan kesehatan, meskipun tiap bulan gaji dipotong dana kesehatan dan pensiun. peralatan penunjang operasional yang tidak memadai. customer overdue, insentive hangus. meskipun insentive melebihi tagihan overdue.
