    The good thingsKeunggulan dari PT Spire Indonesia adalah lingkungan kerja yang sangat baik, manajemen yang supportive serta fleksibel untuk beberapa aspek dan disiplin untuk business operational secara general, benefit yang kompetitif dan self growth yang dicapai selama bekerja di Spire sangatlah tinggi dengan adanya banyak kesempatan untuk bekerja dengan divisi lain dan training yang ada.

    The good things+ 2 times a year salary increase and bonus + Welfare allowance worth of 1 million / year + Private insurance and BPJS + Get lots of insights from helicopter view in almost every industry + The knowledge obtained is very large and can be obtained quickly + The sense of homie/family is quite close because the scope is limited to only less than 50 persons + Team leader is supports the development of the team + Nice team building when there are office gatherings or welfare events
    The challenges- There is no work life balance - There are many policies that are not very good from management, from salary adjustments to differences in personal treatment between employees who they like and don't like - hours of work that know no time - There is no standard or basic knowledge regarding the consulting industry, because the methods used are less relevant - Too much reliance on hypothesis analysis / instinct from the consultant, not from the market expert - Too subjective in giving personal judgments, thus creating an unfavorable environment for work

    The good things-Learn new things -for someone who prefer independent working environment,this is a good place (of course this is a consultant firm company after all) - you can get the up to date insight & trend about various business field
    The challenges-the method & standard used to conduct research is not intelligible -collect the data on your own method -the analysis is not based on methodological approach but comes from your business knowledge point of view -

    Good to be a stepping stone, not for the long term
    The good things- Naik gaji 2x setahun - Knowledge yang didapat sangat banyak dan bisa didapat dalam waktu yang cukup cepat - Rasa kekeluargaan sangat erat karena ruang lingkup yang tidak besar - Team leader sangat mensupport perkembangan para bawahan - Lingkungan kantor sangat nyaman

    The good thingsIf you are looking for a place at which you wanna learn about research, it is such a very good place for you.
    The challengesThe salary increment and bonuses are given 2 times a year, but do not expect to get it high as this depends on your performance and your attitude (ex: saying hi to your bosses is also important factor lol)
