    Perusahaan budidaya ikan sidat yang sedang berkembang
    The good things-banyak pengalaman yang di dapat di sini,lokasi kerja yang asik. Kantor dan pabrik berada tepat di pinggir pantai. Bekerja serasa sedang liburan. -Diberikan fasilitas Mes untuk yang berasal dari luar Pelabuhan Ratu - Makan 3 x sehari ditangung oleh perusahaan untuk yang tinggal di Mes.
    The challengesManajemen yang harus lebih banyak dibenahi lagi. Kurangnya kekompakan antara pihak Korea dengan karyawan Indonesia.
