    Nice company to build experience
    The good thingsI enjoyed In sorini in 3 location of business, Lampung, Pasuruan & Cikande, with 4 role in accounting dept. So many knowledge & experience I got here especially for changing ERP from syteline to SAP, as project accountant for new plant in cikande and as A/R accountant. Safety innthis company is very good.

    The good thingsHubungan kekeluargaan antar Karyawan yang sangat erat sekali, yang tidak terjalin hanya sebatas rekan kerja saja namun juga sudah seperti saudara sendiri dan hubungan kekeluargaan tersebut tetap terjalin meskipun masing-masing karyawan sudah tidak bekerja lagi di perusahaan ini.
    The challengeskarena begitu eratnya hubungan kekeluargaan antar karyawan, terkadang sangat sulit untuk bertindak profesional dalam menerapkan SOP Perusahaan. Di samping itu masih banyak karyawan yang belum bisa bertindak disiplin dalam bekerja karena adanya mainsite bahwa semua pelanggaran masih bisa ditoleransi.
