    The good thingsPT SoftwareSeni merupakan tempat bekerja yang sangat kondusif dan desertai dengan tim yang selalu siap untuk memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan jika salah seorang bagian tim mengalami kesulitan. Peluang untuk berkembang di PT SoftwareSeni ini juga sangatlah baik dikarenakan banyaknya kursus-kursus yang sudah disiapkan oleh tim HR PT SoftwareSeni dan perpindahan departemen pun tidak dipersulit, bahkan selalu dianjurkan dan didukung oleh rekan-rekan PT SoftwareSeni itu sendiri.

    Bekerja dengan lingkungan yang sangat mendukung
    The good thingsSemua staff baik level managerial sampai yang paling akar, semua memberikan positive vibe untuk setiap orang yang ada di Software Seni. Anda tidak akan menemukan drama-drama yang tidak penting didalam lingkungan pekerjaan.
    The challengesBagi yang kurang mahir berbahasa Inggris mungkin akan sedikit kesulitan diawal, karena hampir semua dokumentasi memakai Bahasa Inggris. Tapi tenang, Perusahaan siap meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris tiap karyawannya dengan program latihan rutin tiap minggu karena Software Seni memiliki jajaran English teacher yang mumpuni.

    The good thingslingkungan kerja yg nyaman dan dinamis (banyak anak muda). waktu bekerja yg lumayan fleksibel karena bisa izin di jam kerja dan menggantinya di waktu lain. ada acara-acara yg menyenangkan untuk staff dan juga disediakan training untuk pengembangan skill.

    The good thingsThe best thing about this company is the "flexible but responsible" way of work. They are taking care of their employees. They provide lots of training to gain their employees' capacity. One of the super valuable things here is THEY HAVE THE SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY and they are taking care of any issue related to this seriously. This should be a safe place to work for women in tech.
    The challengesMaybe it is just the location of the new office. Far from any food court. Magelang street is full of mechanical shops.
