    The good thingsdisini kami bisa berinovasi atau kreatif dalam mendevelop team asalkan sesuai dengan role.dan juga dituntut untuk mandiri dalam menyelesaikan semua permasalahan yang ada.dan juga disini harus bisa membawa team kearah yang lebih baik
    The challengeskesulitan ketika ada permasalahn pihak manajemen agak lambat dalam mengatasinya,jadi terkadang terjadi miss antara operasional dengan manajemen sehingga terkadang owner perusahaan tidak terjun langsung,dan tidak selalu tau menegani permasalahn didalam kantornya sendiri

    The good thingsKetepatan waktu pembayaran gaji sebelum akhir bulan.jika telat dalam hal pembayaran /transfer gaji,maka akan mendapatkan kelebihan gaji 5000/hari. Sistem lembur yang dibayar dengan jelas. Serta cuti yang didapatkan 12hari setahun.
