The good thingsruang kerja nya yang fleksibel, waktu kerja nya fleksibel. serta perusahaan nya yang baik mencukupi sdm yang layak untuk karyawan nya. kantor ini sangat baik jika dijadikan hanya mengisi waktu luang tapi bukan untuk jenjang karir karena ini hanya FINTECH BIASA.
The challengesperusahaan nya yang saya ceritakan di hal baik tidak senyaman yg sekarang. oleh sebab itu saya keluar, banyak teman yang toxic, atasan hanya memihak kepada yang dekat/ yang kenal saja. dan yang naik jabatan tidak by performance karyawan. ini perusahaan sudah bad sekali. bisa dilihat dari banyak nya karyawan yang resign setiap bulan nya. bisa mencapai 4-8org yang resign setiap bulan nya. Kasus dengan kepolisian dikantor ini banyak sekali. dan kasus dengan OJK /AFPI. Disarankan untuk tidak merekrut atau yang hanya kuat mental saja.
